The Brandi Project donates 51 blankets to dog rescue groups
The Brandi Project, a Rhode Island-based organization that raises funds for dog-rescue groups, held a buy-one/donate-one blanket drive to benefit groups PAWS New England, the East Greenwich Animal Protection League and Save One Soul.
Supporters came out and bought 51 blankets from thebrandiproject.com and from a merchandise store inside the Cowesett Inn. The donated blankets were distributed to the rescue groups according to each supporter’s choice.

The Brandi Project founder Jim Paolucci said, “I’m thrilled at the response to this event. I’m sure that dogs in the care of the three worthy organizations will appreciate the added warmth this winter.”
This first-time blanket event adds to The Brandi Project fundraising efforts which have resulted in $32,726.87 being delivered to rescue groups to date. Paolucci looks to add to that total with Brandi's Fifth Annual Fundraising Dinner to be held at The Cowesett Inn on Sunday Feb. 26, from 4 to 8 pm.
