Our vacation camps are learning centers run out of Hugh B. Bain Middle School located in Cranston, RI and offered to Kindergarten through 8th grade youths. Camp XL accepts all city of Cranston students. During the April and summer vacation, program offerings will be based on science, technology, engineering, and math. Camp XL collaborates with Education in Action to encourage students to become career driven and interested in demanding fields that involve STEAM. 4H (the nation’s largest positive youth development and youth mentoring organization) will also run experiential learning activities with youth. All camp programs will operate Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 3:00pm. The Camp XL Vacation Camp schedule is provided. Youth and their families are now able to enroll. An informative parent meeting will be held 5:00pm Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at Hugh B. Bain Middle School. Here, parents will have the opportunity to meet and greet with the camp administration and staff. As well as, get a first look at this years camp offerings and activities.
