Cranston Resident Joins Providence Law Firm

Robinson+Cole’s Insurance + Reinsurance Group welcomes William M. Daley (Max) as an associate in the firm’s Providence office. Mr. Daley focuses his practice on insurance coverage litigation and business litigation.

Mr. Daley handles a range of insurance coverage and claims litigation, including matters involving property, liability, life, health, disability, professional liability, and more. He is also a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Group, where he assists clients facing a range of commercial disputes, including claims of breach of contract; business torts such as fraud, misrepresentation, conversion, and interference with contracts; unfair and deceptive trade practices; RICO violations; securities and antitrust violations; and intellectual property claims. Mr. Daley is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
