Enjoy an Evening of Idols at the Park Theatre on Nov. 8
Crystal Bowersox, runner up on season 9 of American Idol and RI's Erica Van Pelt will be at the Park Theatre in Cranston on Nov. 8.

After finishing as the runner-up on season nine of American Idol and capturing hearts around the country with her rich blend of blues, country, folk and rock, Crystal Bowersox has established herself as one of the most dynamic young voices in music today. On Saturday, November 8, Bowersox will perform at the historic Park Theatre in Cranston with special guest, Rhode Islandโs own, Erika Van Pelt.
Shortly after leaving the American Idol stage in 2010, Crystal Bowersox released her debut album, Farmerโs Daughter, which peaked at #2 on the U.S. Billboard Rock Chart. In 2013, Bowersox released her sophomore album, All That for This, exposing new dimensions of her musicโa powerful testament to her talents as both a singer and songwriter. The album features the manifestation of Crystalโs own womanhood and enlightenment won through hard fought battles, failures, and triumphs.
โI am more proud of this body of work than anything Iโve done before,โ said Bowersox. โIf this music can move someone to tears or make them smile, then I have really accomplished something, and thatโs all I can ask for.โ

No stranger to the bright lights, especially in her home state, Erika Van Peltโs unmistakable voice and ambition led her all the way to the Top 10 during season eleven of American Idol. Following performances during the international American Idols LIVE! Tour in 2012, Van Pelt released her debut album, My Independence, in 2013. Drawing influences from soul, rock, blues, funk, pop, and even hip-hop, Van Pelt has a lot of new music on the way, teaming up with talented artists from around the world to collaborate both in the studio and on stage.
