As Babineau's website describes, "Annie B.'s images capture the simplicity of every-day objects and the delicate beauty of nature. She is also a self-taught multi-media artist, inspired by a love of doodling and a desire to create playful and memorable characters. She utilizes a variety of media and techniques, including illustration, carving, block printing, collage, origami and papermaking."
"Her work has been sold worldwide, from Tokyo to Texas, Nebraska to New York. Clients include the venerable stationer Cranes and the legendary department store Neiman Marcus. The mammoth stationer Itoya in Tokyo, as well as Hollywood's Kitson boutique, perennial favorite of In-Style magazine, also carry Annie B.'s work."
RIPIN is open Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. For additional information about Anne Babineau's work visit her website at www.anne-babineau.artistwebsites.com
