Governor-Elect Lincoln Chafee and his fellow General Officers will take part in a special Waterfire in honor of Inauguration Day.
A Basin Fire will be lit a little after 5:00pm, and there will be a 300 torch lighting that will surround the basin at Waterplace Park around 7:00pm.
