Falvey Linen Supply suffered a fire early this morning.

Cranston Firefighters extinguished a fire at Falvey Linen and Uniform Supply early this morning.
Deputy Fire Chief Jeff Wall told the Providence Journal that the alarm came in at 2:51 a.m. at the supply company at 50 Burnham Ave.
The sprinkler system had been activated and the fire was contained in the building. The business suffered smoke and water damage.

The fire was fully extinguished at about 5:30 a.m.
Nobody was hurt, the Journal reported.

Falvey Linen and Uniform Supply is headquartered in Cranston and supplies aprons, towels, linens and other services for the foodservice, healthcare and salon and spa industries.
The family owned business opened in 1929.
