60-90 minutes
In this hands on workshop, Peter Glantz teaches you to make crunchy, tangy sauerkraut similar to what you get in Eastern Europe or in a New York Deli. The difference is that your results will be fresher and unique to you. You learn a simple, no-nonsense, and fun approach to making sauerkraut. Everyone leaves with a pint of sauerkraut they help make and the tools to make more! All materials are included in the workshop fee, including a mason jar and ceramic weight made by artist Meredith Stern.
You can register online, email us at goodearthevents@gmail.com or call The Good Earth at (401) 826-3130 to reserve your spot in the workshop!
