Mayor Pete Holding Campaign Fundraiser In Providence

PROVIDENCE, RI — Democratic presidential hopeful Pete Buttigieg — or Mayor Pete, as he's better known — will be in the Ocean State this weekend to hold a fundraiser. The Sunday night event will be held in Providence, though the exact location has not been publicly announced.

According to the mayor's campaign website, the location will be shared with attendees following ticket purchase. The "grassroots" fundraiser will begin at 7 p.m.

Ticket prices range from just $15 for students to "champion" level at $500 each. The cheapest public option costs $25. Students must show their school ID to qualify for the discount, and veterans can purchase discounted tickets as well for $18.35.
