Obituary: Anna S. (Wengrzyn) Flunt, 82

Anna S. (Wengrzyn) Flunt, 82, of Cranston, passed away on Wednesday June 10, 2015 at RI Hospital in Providence. She was the wife of the late Tadej Flunt.

Born in Lentowe, Poland, she was the daughter of the late Janek and Maria (Murzyn) Wengrzyn.

Anna worked for Superior Industries of Providence, for many years before retiring.

She was the mother of Lucyna Brothers of Bangor, ME, Lisa Corrente of Cranston, Ted Flunt of Warwick, Donna Thompson of AZ and the late Mireczka Masnyk. She was the grandmother of George, Raymond, Mathew and Tyler and great-grandmother of Katlynn and sister of the late Stefka, Janek, Stefan, Franek and Staciu.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston on Monday at 10 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Rocco’s Church 927 Atwood Ave. Johnston at 11 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery in Cranston. Visiting hours are Sunday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
