
Jirair Kendrjian, 68, of Cranston, passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2013.
Born in Egypt, the son of the late Movses and Tigranouhi Kendirjian, he moved to Armenia in 1947 and came to the U.S. in 1976.
Jirair was a jeweler and worked at Avanti Jewelry, Inc. in Cranston before retiring.

He is survived by his brother Hovanes Kendirjian and his wife Laura of Glendale, CA; a nephew, Movses Kendirjian; and two cousins, Vrejh Kourinian and Mary Dermenjian.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church, Providence, followed by interment at North Burial Ground, Providence. VISITING HOURS are Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston.
