Obituary: Louise (Newman) Hartman, 97

Louise (Newman) Hartman, 97, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 22, 2013 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence. 

She was the beloved wife of the late Richard W. Hartman. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Rose (Rondeau) Newman. Louise was employed by the former General Electric Mono Watt Plant, Providence for many years before her retirement.

She is survived by her loving children, Richard F. Hartman, Robert J. Hartman, both of Warwick, and Ann L. Manzi of Cranston. She was the cherished grandmother of seven and the great-grandmother of twelve. Louise was the sister of Freda Gagliardi, Catherine Murray, both of Warwick, and the late Charles Newman, Edna Waters, and Jean Wilson.
