Obituary: Lucio B. DeBellis, 88

Lucio B. DeBellis, 88, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 surrounded by loved ones. He was the beloved husband of the late Maria (Macera) DeBellis.

Born in Castelnuovo Parano Frosinone, Italy he was a son of the late Anacleto and Marianna (Macari) DeBellis.

He is survived by his loving daughter, Marianna D’Urso and her husband Salvatore of Cranston and he was the father of the late Anacleto DeBellis. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren Lucio D’Urso and his wife Tara of Johnston and Daniela LoBuono and her husband Vincent of Cranston; cherished great grandchildren Lucia Francesca D’Urso, Paolo LoBuono, Giuliana Maria LoBuono; dear sister Giuseppina DeBellis of Italy. He was the brother of the late Alberto DeBellis of Italy.

Lucio touched the lives of many with his welcoming smile and warm heart. He loved his family and dedicated his life to their happiness.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Saturday at 8:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Rocco’s Church, 927 Atwood Ave., Johnston. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be Friday from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
