Park View’s Wounded Warrior 5k Run/Walk Looking for Veterans
The 3rd annual Park View 5k Run/Walk to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project and to benefit Park View Middle School is looking for Veteran relatives of the Park View Community to participate in an opening ceremony. The event will be held on November 11, 2015, 9:30am at the Park View Middle School in Cranston and across the street in Roger Williams Park. This year, the race committee will be incorporating a short procession of the Colors presented by the Cranston East JROTC followed by Veterans with their Park View relations. The ceremony will include the playing of our National Anthem by present and past Park View Band members. All Veterans are welcome to participate.
