Pinkberry Coming to Garden City

The trendy frozen yogurt chain, Pinkberry, is coming to .

The company has a message posted on its website that the frozen yogurt will be “swirling soon” in Garden City.

The shopping center’s Facebook page indicates the store will be located next to .

The company claims to have a “cult-like following with its customers,” according to its website.

The chain’s first store opened in 2005. It now has 100 locations and has been growing rapidly as it aggressively recruits franchisees.

Pinkberry said in a release that its frozen yogurt is made with real nonfat yogurt and nonfat milk that is rBST hormone free and that it's "the perfect balance of tart and sweet, resulting in a light, refreshing and clean finish."

The Cranston store will be the company's first in Rhode Island.
