Sex Offender Residing At Cranston Homeless Shelter Charged With Possessing Child Porn
The man was ordered to have no contact with minors, police said.
CRANSTON, RI — A sex offender residing at a Cranston homeless shelter was charged with possessing child pornography.
Timothy M. Nabozny, 45, was arrested Thursday by the Rhode Island State Police Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, the state police said in a media release.
"Mr. Nabozny was processed at the Wickford Barracks and transported to Third Division District Court," the release said.

Nabozny was arraigned and a $5,000 surety bail was set with special conditions of no unsupervised contact with minors and limited internet access, according to the release.
