The Sprague Mansion Hosts a Ghostly Party

For the tenth consecutive year, the public enjoyed some Halloween fun at the mansion.

The frightful weather Saturday night didn't dampen the spirits of those who attended 'Charlie the Butler Ghost Party' at the Sprague Mansion, hosted by the Cranston Historical Society.

Close to 50 people, some wearing costumes, enjoyed the mind-bending act of mentalist Rory Raven, followed by light refreshments and tours of the mansion.

Raven's performance lasted about an hour, leaving the audience bewildered as to how he seemed to read people's thoughts.

The mansion was wonderfully decorated for the third year in a row by Adam Florio. Creatures of the night could be found around every corner. Many of the decorations were provided by Victoria and Michael Vona.

Guests were given guided tours of the historic buidling, inluding a rare glimpse of the wine cellar.
