This event will mark a quarter-century that Susan Laiter and Lori Zoglio have worked at West Bay. Laiter, who resides in West Warwick, has filled a variety of roles during her time with West Bay, most recently working as a Direct Support Professional on the night-shift. Zoglio, a native of Coventry, works as a Registered Nurse Consultant and has similarly worn many hats at West Bay. She has also served as a Manager and Training Director during her tenure. When asked what they loved about working at West Bay, almost in unison, both women answered, “working with the [individuals] they become like family. There’s a sense of community here, which makes the job fun, and makes seeing their growth all the more special.”

Honorees will also receive gifts for their years of service. “We have everything from mini-coolers on wheels to sweatshirts and windbreakers,” said Sherri Sarault, Director of Workforce Development and member of the luncheon committee.
The organization’s leadership unquestionably does its part to decide the pace and set the tone for the enduring dependability of its team members.
