Woman Charged With Health Care Worker Assault At RI Psychiatric Hospital: Cops

CRANSTON, RI — A woman was charged with the assault of a health care worker at Eleanor Slater Hospital in Cranston, police said.

Brittany Finegan-Meenan, 37, was arrested at 9 a.m. Friday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

"This arrest was the result of a follow-up investigation into an incident at Eleanor Slater Hospital," the release said. "Finegan-Meenan was processed and arraigned at the Sixth Division District Court."
