MA Man Arrested In Cumberland On DUI Charge: Cops

CUMBERLAND, RI — A Massachusetts man was arrested in Cumberland on a charge of driving under the influence, police said.

Jaime Encino, 25, was pulled over on Cumberland Hill Road and arrested about 3 a.m. Saturday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

"This arrest was the result of reports of an erratic operator," the release said.

Encino was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a court date, according to police.
