East Greenwich police said the 26-year-old West Warwick man was stopped after he swerved in and out of his lane and was speeding.

East Greenwich police charged Daniel M. Nuebler, 26, of 650 East Greenwich Ave., West Warwick, with driving under the influence and refusing a chemical test July 1 after he was stopped for swerving on Division Street.
