EGAPL Gearing Up for 2014 Hound Hike Fundraiser

Join the East Greenwich Animal Protection League for the 18th Annual Hound Hike on Sunday, September 28th, 2014 at The Carousel in Goddard Park, Warwick, rain or shine.  Registration begins at 12:00 pm and the 2-mile walk starts at 1:00 pm. There is a $20.00 donation per walker and all dogs must be leashed, healthy and vaccinated. Lunch will be provided for all registered walkers.

1. Prizes are given for the top 3 adult and top 3 child money raisers.
2. The first 150 to register receive a “goodie bag” for you and your dog.
3. All those who raise $50 receive a free Hound Hike Tee shirt.

There will be many pet-related vendors and companies giving out samples and information.  Pledge sheets are available to help walkers raise money for the League.  All proceeds raised directly benefit the shelter, including food and medical care of the area’s homeless animals.  Visit www.egapl.org, Facebook, and Twitter (EGAPLRI) for more information, or call 401-241-4541.
