Mid to large group exercise at its best. We combine large calorie burning exercise in a safe, stuctured, efficient setting. We'll start you off with a dynamic warm-up designed to increase core temperature, wake you and your body up, increase your flexibility, and get you ready for fun and exciting activities of these 60 minute classes/camps.
Then we will either break into groups, or set you up at a station for circuits. Here you will perform an exercise for 30,45,60 sec. under the supervision of our certified personal trainers. The selection of exercise are always geared towards effective calorie burning movements. Knowingly avioding isolation movements and taking part in Multi-joint movements (Large muscle group movements, working 2 or more muscles at once). Basically these are the movements that have the most potential to bring about changes on the body, but we normally don't do these on our own.
