Mix fun with fitness!
Michelle Anderson teaches this new fitness program at Swift on Fridays, from 11:00 - 11:45 a.m. This class will alternate
low impact exercises with upper body and lower body strength training for an all over feel good workout. A chair can be used for added stability. This is a great opportunity for individuals beginning an exercise program or just getting back into an exercise routine. The class fee is $2 for members and $3 for non-members per class.
Classes will not be held on November 11th and 25th.
