Participation for this 8 week program is limited to 12 individuals from the ages of 12-18. Each participant will learn the importance of strength training, cardiovascular training, stretching and nutrition in overall fitness through 16 personal training sessions, 8 stretching sessions and 8 nutrition sessions. The program will meet from 3:30 pm-4:30 pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We will give the participants the tools needed to make health decisions in every day life. Call club for further details.
