Hello, my name is Roxana Garakani. I am 16 years old, and I attend East Greenwich High School. I am involved in many activities inside and outside of school. Including, tennis, student council, environmental club, and more. I am very active in my community and I love helping others. That being said, I created a fundraiser to help local homeless shelters in Rhode Island because it is for a good cause. Specifically, the Advent House Inc in Providence, RI and the Rhode Island Coalition for the Homeless in Pawtucket. In general, I love helping everyone, so I thought I would make a fundraiser.
So far I have raised forty five dollars for my fundraiser, thank you so much for the donations! Anything will truly help the shelters. My goal is $5,000 and all donations will help regardless the amount. I am also trying to plan an event over the summer in order to help this fundraiser be successful and I have set up a "Go Fund Me" account for those who would like to make contributions to this fundraiser.
