Looking for a fun activity to try this fall? Join the Greenwood Concert Choir! We welcome singers of all voice parts for our Fall 2016 season, and are especially seeking tenors and basses. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Our two exciting Christmas performances include a special invitational appearance at the Newport Mansions and a full concert program in Warwick. ABOUT US:
The Greenwood Concert Choir provides choral instruction and performance opportunities to adults (ages 16+) in the greater West Bay community. We welcome adults to sing for our concerts, rehearsing on selected Wednesday evenings prior to our Christmas and Spring performances. Past performances have taken us to the prestigious Newport Mansions and other area venues. Our highly skilled staff is well-versed in working with singers of all backgrounds and experience levels, from professional musicians to those just starting to sing. Using the best choral repertoire from all styles and time periods, our rehearsal process is
designed to instill confidence in our singers through powerful teaching methods, culminating in the best possible performance experience for the performers and audience.
WHO is eligible for membership? All adults (age 16 and older).

WHAT is required? Willingness to attend rehearsals and practice at home with rehearsal CDs (provided).
WHEN are rehearsals held? Selected Wednesday evenings from September to December and February to June.

WHAT performances are involved? Semi-annual concerts for the “Music at Greenwood” concert series and occasional performances at other prestigious venues.
