Local Cemetery Commission to Host Gravestone Repair Seminar

The East Greenwich Historic Cemetery Advisory Commission’s Spring cleanup campaign is in full swing, and now the Commission is offering a unique educational experience to the community.

In fact, the Commission is pleased to announce its first gravestone repair seminar.

The seminar will be conducted by leading area restoration experts Carlo & Betty Mencucci and will take place May 16 at 11:00 am at Historic Cemetery # 23 on Cedar Ave.

This seminar will demonstrate the proper restoration of gravestones, as well as the equipment involved.
