β€œWe wanted to create an event that treated strollers to great music from talented local musicians, while at the same time creating an opportunity for local musicians to showcase their talents to the large crowds the strolls bring in.” said East Greenwich Chamber of Commerce executive director, Stephen M. Lombardi.

The Main Street Strolls are popular events held throughout the year to showcase the shops, restaurants and businesses along the town’s primary road. Each stroll has a different theme, like the Dogs on Main Stroll just held that brought pooches and their owner in droves to walk, shop, eat and mingle.
