Before retiring in 1991, she was an associate of the former Jordan Marsh Co. for 22 years. She didn’t work outside the home until she was almost 50 years old. As a clerk in the linen department. Jennie loved her job and was well respected by her superiors.

She was predeceased by three brothers Joseph, Armando and Hugo Cicchitelli and two sisters, Martha Scolardi and Edith Boffa.
A woman of high principles and many talents, Jennie was a friend to countless individuals. She was the keeper of the tradition of “old family values”. Having outlived her siblings, some of whom died too young, she made it her mission to remember their children’s birthdays, anniversaries, etc., and kept in contact with them all.
For her love and efforts they returned in kind, and for that she was sincerely grateful. As a mother and wife, she was loving, selfless, strong and hardworking; Jennie set the standard high. There was nothing she would not give to her loved ones either of herself or her material belongings. Over the years she overcame many physical trials and survived cancer on more than one occasion. Her strength and endurance during these times was unbelievable. That she lived to be 94 is nothing but remarkable.
To say that Jennie will be missed is an understatement.
