Push
By J.M. Driscoll
Find out what's happening in East Greenwichfor free with the latest updates from Patch.
In agony, I writhe.
Tears running down my neck
Find out what's happening in East Greenwichfor free with the latest updates from Patch.
Torment seizing every inch.
You’ll be here soon.
Unstoppable,
Twisting, squeezing a hand
Now, tears in my lover’s eyes.
My head is pounding.
Doubt begins to mask the pain,
What if your heart doesn’t beat as it should?
What if you can’t…?
What if I can’t…?
An ivory faced boy with rosy lips,
Clinging to my chest.
Through squinting gray eyes
You study my face.
It seems you know.
I am.
You are.
Always.
