Registration is now open for the award winning Rhode Island Youth Theatre's (RIYT) 30TH ANNIVERSARY Summer Season! We have three of our four shows being performed at the beautiful Park Theatre (RI Center for the Performing Arts) in Cranston!

The African savannah comes to life on stage with Simba, Rafiki and an unforgettable cast of characters as they journey from Pride Rock to the jungle... and back again, in this inspiring, coming-of-age tale!

Rehearsals and shows held at:

The Prout School Auditorium (air conditioned)

4640 Tower Hill Rd.

Wakefield, RI 02879

Rehearsals: 9 am to 3 pm, weekdays July 10-20.

Final dress rehearsal: 9 am to 2 pm Friday July 21. Early drop off at 8:30 am.

Performances: 7 pm Friday, July 21 and Saturday, July 22

Tickets: $12 in advance; $15 at the door

All students that register will be cast in the show. Sibling discounts and scholarships are available.
