Rocky Hill School Field Hockey to Host "Pink Out" Game vs. South Kingstown HS Today
Annual fundraiser will benefit cancer research
On Thursday, October 19 at 4:00 p.m., the Rocky Hill School Mariners Girls' Field Hockey team will take on South Kingstown High School at a home game. At the annual "Pink Out" game, the Mariners will be decked out in pink to "Play4TheCure." All proceeds will go to the National Foundation for Cancer Research (NFCR).
The Mariners have been raising money for the NFCR all week with a bake sale during breaks and during today's game. The CREW (RHS Athletics Booster Club) will have a donation jar on their concession tables from now until the end of the month. The field hockey team will also sell pink bracelets and ribbons to raise money for NFCR.
