Sep. 19 real estate transactions (providencejournal.com) — Several East Providence properties, including major commercial sites on Pawtucket Avenue and Narragansett Park Drive, recently sold for more than $4 million, alongside dozens of local home sales across city neighborhoods. These transactions, part of a statewide roundup through early September, give residents a clear snapshot of current prices, investor interest, and how the local real estate market is moving.
3. West Nile Virus Turns Up In 4 More Rhode Island Towns (patch.com) — West Nile virus has been detected in mosquito samples from East Providence, keeping Rhode Island's overall risk level at "high."
