to register on line, print form, and bring it to registration event on May
17th. Between 9 am and 3 pm.  The fee to register is $65.  Please also
bring a copy of your child's birth certificate for review.

We
will be behind the school on the soccer field.

you would like to volunteer , please register at www.eayso.org,
esign your form, print the form and bring it to the registration event. 
Volunteers who bring their form will receive a gift while supplies last.
