Every September students from this school come to Bay View to attend class for two weeks and live with host families. The host families all have one thing in common: a junior or senior who has pursued and continues to pursue the study of the Italian language.

In return, Bay View students spend from February 6th through February 20th in Italy, living with the students from Liceo Classico e Linguistico Carlo Alberto. They participate in classes at the school as well as tour popular attractions.
