Street Sights invites you to breakfast on Saturday June 28th,
to celebrate their 7th year anniversary. The event will commemorate
the achievements throughout the year and highlight those who have helped along
the way. The award ceremony begins at 9:30am and will be held at the St.
Patrick Church, 244 Smith Street, Providence 02908.  The venue will be handicap accessible.

Your RSVP will be secured with the purchase of a ticket at $10.00
per person. Tickets can be purchased at McAuley House, Sister Joan, or Mary
House. For more information contact: Maryhouseri@gmail.com
or call at (401)-274-6286. If you are writing a check, put “Street Sights” in
the memo and make the check payable to the Rhode Island Coalition for the
Homeless. No tickets will be sold at the door. All donations are appreciated
and encouraged.

Street Sights is the only newspaper of its kind in the state
of Rhode Island- a monthly street newspaper that seeks to share accurate and
honest information about homelessness. It serves as the most current resource
guide for the 4,000+ homeless in RI. They provide a space where individuals can
have their voices heard (in opinion pieces, columns, creative expression, and
through investigative reporting) and their content is produced and distributed
by a staff primarily consisting of homeless and formerly homeless individuals.
The mission is to promote and increase access to resources for the homeless,
expand the community dialogue to include the voices of homeless individuals,
and to promote dignity and respect by empowering homeless individuals.
