Dana Zaiser to speak about Civil War money at EPOCH on the East Side

EPOCH Assisted Living on the East Side will welcome Dana Zaiser for a presentation on Civil War money on Friday, Oct. 16 at 3 p.m. Zaiser, an amateur Civil War historian, will speak on money shortages during the Civil War and alternatives used during the time.
