
Dorothy A. Lusignan, formerly of Fenner Avenue, Riverside, died peacefully on Dec. 10, 2012. She was 85.
She was the wife of the late Robert J. Lusignan. A lifelong resident of East Providence, she was the daughter of the late Peter J. and Elizabeth (Gillet) Duffy.
Calling hours are Wednesday, Dec. 12, 5 to 8 pm at W. Raymond Watson Funeral Home, 350 Willett Avenue, Riverside.
She was a clerk for Energy Systems Plumbing & Heating for 12 years before retiring in 1992.
She was a communicant of St. Brendan Church and a member of the Forever Young Club. She enjoyed swimming and walking.
She is survived by two sons, Arthur E. Lusignan of Riverside and David J. Lusignan of Fort Myers, Fla., three daughters, Judy I. Murphy of Riverside, Joanne DeCataldo of Riverside and Nancy J. Romano of Barrington, 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Peter J. Duffy Jr.
Her funeral will be held on Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012 from the W. Raymond Watson Funeral Home, at 8:45 am with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Brendan Church, Turner Avenue, Riverside, at 10 am. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Warren.
