Drive-By Shooter Fires Rounds into Orchard Street Residence

Police charged Roberto Escaler with six counts of assault with a deadly weapon and discharging a firearm from a motor vehicle.

Six people were in the building at the time. No one was hurt during the shooting, according to reports from the department.
