East Providence Woman Wins Wild Money Jackpot

A woman from East Providence hit the $164,147 Wild Money jackpot from the drawing on Thursday night.
The woman’s numbers (08 12 13 18 27) are the same numbers she always plays for birthdays and her wedding anniversary. She had her husband double check to be sure her numbers matched all five numbers drawn. The couple is very thankful and will talk over what to do with their new fortune while enjoying a nice bottle of wine Friday night, they said.
The winning ticket was purchased at the East Providence Mobil on 900 Wampanoag Trail.

The Rhode Island Lottery Wild Money drawings take place three times a week: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday nights, live on WPRI at 7:29 p.m.
