EPOCH Book Club to Discuss Hillenbrand's 'Unbroken'

The book club at EPOCH Assisted Living on the East Side will discuss Laura Hillenbrand’s New York Times bestseller “Unbroken” on Monday, Jan. 26 at 2 p.m. “Unbroken” tells the true story of Louis Zamperini, an Olympic runner turned Army pilot. When his plane crashed into the Pacific Ocean, he and his crewmen survived against all odds. The book is now a major motion picture directed by Angelina Jolie. Hillenbrand is also the author the bestseller “Seabiscuit: An American Legend.” The book club discussion is free and open to the public, but space is limited.
