Hinckley Allen Welcomes New Associate Brett Arkuss to its Corporate & Business Practice

Hinckley Allen is pleased to welcome Brett Arkuss to its Corporate & Business practice as a permanent member of the team. Brett has been working with the firm since the fall of 2016 and was previously an associate at Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C., and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLC.

Brett’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions work, including negotiating and drafting mergers, purchase and sale agreements, as well as company SEC filings and board resolutions. Prior to Hinckley Allen, Brett was Co-Founder and General Counsel for Blue Flame, Inc., a video dubbing and production company focused on the direct dial business segment. The company was sold in a bifurcated sale to a private buyer and Pro Media Group, Inc. in 2015.

Brett earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University and a J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Texas School of Law, Austin, Texas.
