Hinckley Allen Welcomes New Associate Thomas J. Pagliarini to Its Litigation Practice

​Hinckley Allen​ is pleased to welcome Thomas J. Pagliarini​ to its Litigation practice.

Hinckley Allen is pleased to welcome Thomas J. Pagliarini to its Litigation practice. Tom was most recently an Associate at Pierce Atwood, LLP.

Tom will focus the majority of his practice with the Labor & Employment group, and is also available to handle general litigation matters. Tom has experience representing clients in a wide variety of employment matters, including discrimination, whistleblower and retaliation, wage and hour/prevailing wage, trade secret and restrictive covenant, dual employer and independent contractor, governmental/regulatory investigations, and employee benefits issues. He is admitted to practice in state and federal court in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Tom served as a judicial law clerk for Rhode Island Supreme Court Associate Justice Gilbert V. Indeglia upon earning his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law, summa cum laude. During law school, Tom was an intern for Senior Circuit Judge Bruce M. Selya of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and Associate Justice Brian P. Stern of the Rhode Island Superior Court. He received a B.A. from Bryant University, summa cum laude.
