James Moore selected 2016 REALTOR of the Year of the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of REALTORS

James Moore, Sales Associate and Manager of Brokerage and Property Management at Peter M. Scotti and Associates in Providence, has been selected as its 2016 REALTOR® of the Year by the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of REALTORS®. This prestigious award is based on his outstanding contributions and leadership in the real estate industry. Mr. Moore is the Board’s 2016 President and serves on its Board of Directors, Executive, Finance, Nominating and Shared Services Committees. He is a Director of the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS® and member of RICIE (Rhode Island Commercial and Information Exchange).

Mr. Moore has performed a variety of real estate sales, leasing, management and consulting services, including appraisals, tax appeals and expert testimony for Municipal Zoning and Planning Board Committees.

In his capacity as a leader in the REALTOR® organization he has promoted leadership, collaboration and engagement with community partners. He resides in Rehoboth, Massachusetts with his family.
