the "looff" East Providence Arts Festival Saturday August 22nd.

Hello Friends,
On August 22, the East Providence Arts Council (EPAC) will be hosting its First Annual Art Festival at historic Crescent Park. The art festival, affectionately known as “the looff” will feature more than 70 artists and craftspeople from the New England area demonstrating and selling their work. Located right on the waterfront, Crescent Park offers a beautiful backdrop for this celebration of art, music, and life
Entertainment will include live music, dancing and storytelling. Live musical acts include Jimmy Jo Jo, the DBC, Robert Black as Elvis, the Oh No’s, and RI Philharmonic Strings. The Looff is also featuring renowned children’s entertainer, Keith Munslow. There will also be a surprise appearance by Big Nazo creature characters. Food trucks, including Haven Bros., Championship Melt and Pacos Tacos will be on hand and the Blount Clam Shack will be operating. With such a diverse offering of art and entertainment, it is an event for the whole family and is not to be missed!
