East Providence Police are investigating a shooting Wednesday at Krazy Kuts at 2402 Pawtucket Avenue.
Police said a man was shot and transported to Rhode Island Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The shooting occurred just after 2 p.m.

A portion of Baldwin Street was closed as police used a K-9 unit to search for a weapon that reportedly was used in the shooting.
