Man Uses Ladder to Break Into Woodward Avenue Home

arrested a man after he allegedly broke into the second story of a Woodward Avenue home and scaled a fence to flee the scene.

LittleJohn Rickia, 51, of no known address, was charged after officers responded to a 911 call from a neighbor who saw the man enter the residence using a ladder. According to reports, then called the owner of the home to alert her of of the break-in.

Rickia then climbed out of the home and scaled a fence, reads the report. Officers later arrested him; he was charged with domestic breaking and entering, stalking and trespassing. The home owner also filed a restraining order.
