Men Face Turkey Day Domestic Charges
East Providence police charge two men after they allegedly got into heated arguments on Thanksgiving day.

Thanksgiving was not a happy holiday for two men facing domestic charges lodged by East Providence police.
Keegan A. Stilkey, 18, of 58 Kingsford Ave., East Providence, faces charges of domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct. He was arrested at about noon on Nov. 22.
Peter S. Amado, 60, of 160 Broad St., Providence, faces charges of domestic vandalism and domestic assault with the intent to commit a felony. He was arrested at about 8:15 pm.

Stilkey allegedly got into a heated verbal argument with his parents during which he punched a chair, a wall and a door in his room, police said. He also reportedly threatened to kill his parents, according to the arrest report.
Police also found marijuana in a plastic bag tucked into Stilkey’s underwear and signs that he may be dealing marijuana out of his room. Marijuana possession charges are pending until the completion of an investigation, police said.

Amado allegedly got into a physical fight with his girlfriend, 62, at her East Providence apartment. He reportedly struck her in the back of the head with a plate after she allegedly cut his hand with a knife.
The arrest report indicates that police officers found broken cups and plates on the floor and a table overturned – definite signs of a struggle. Both of them reportedly had been drinking, according to police.
Both men were arraigned and given dates to appear in District Court.
