responded to a Bourne Avenue apartment complex on Tuesday, May 29, after neighbors complained of a man repeatedly washing his clothes without any on himself in a community laundry room. According to reports, a mother and her 10-year-old daughter walked in to find the man completely naked. It was not the first occurrence. The woman reported the situation to police who then followed up with the man. After officers knocked on his door, he answered it only wearing underwear. He reportedly explained the lack of clothes because he was "putting stuff in the wash." Police told the property manager about the man's habits and neighbor complaints. He requested a police report be completed to begin the eviction process.
